Reesa Parker

Reesa Parker is a Certified Shorthand Reporter, Certified Realtime Reporter, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Professional Reporters.  She was shareholder, president, and CEO of MillerParker, Inc. for 22 years, where she secured and managed complex litigation.

Reesa Parker is a past president of the National Court Reporters Association, a 20,000-member association of court reporters and affiliated freelance court reporting firm owners and videographers.  The role included speaking before national and state association groups in addition to networking with strategic alliances in the legal and judiciary fields.

Reesa Parker is also a past chair of the National Court Reporters Foundation.

William Weber 

William Weber is a past president of the National Court Reporters Association.  Bill is a Registered Diplomate Reporter, a Certified Realtime Reporter, and a Fellow of the Academy of Professional Reporters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Bill has extensive experience in sales, marketing and leadership. His 40-year career has been diverse: county court reporter, federal official court reporter, and freelance court reporter.

Bill was instrumental in developing a metric for assessing the competencies of realtime voice-to-text reporters. He co-chaired the Technology Evaluation Committee on behalf of the National Court Reporters Association.  He also worked in concert with a subgroup of that committee to develop, refine, and proctor the Realtime Systems Administrator certificate program for the National Court Reporters Association.  He participated in authoring the Wireless white paper, a NCRA publication related to the secure delivery of transcripts using wireless and internet-based realtime reporting methods.

 Harvey Schulman 

As a 25-year owner of Regency Reporting, Inc. and its successor company, RegencyBrentano, Inc., Harvey Schulman has functioned in practically every role in the successful management of a court reporting agency, with responsibilities including business development, strategic planning, personnel management, reporter relations, financial management, client relations, quality control, and supervision of all production. His organization is currently among the largest independently owned court reporting firms in the Southeastern United States.
